What you'll do:

  • Own the candidate sourcing process from beginning to end, including interview, selection, and closing process
  • Build out a robust candidate pipeline by using a variety of search methods and tools
  • Design job descriptions and handle job postings
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and carrying out phone screenings
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Perform reference checks as and when required
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience with a strong track record of successful hires / placements
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc),  interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently and autonomously
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations

Great to haves:

  • Previous experience working in or with start-ups
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Working experience as an internal recruiter
